ABOUT OUR COMPANY

As a family-owned business, Kinder Land Management is dedicated to restoring productive rangeland through effective, on-the-ground practices—removing, mulching, or masticating invasive juniper, mowing dense brush, providing ranch land consulting, and reducing wildfire risk—all with one goal in mind: more grass, better ground. Our work enhances forage availability, improves water resources for both livestock and wildlife, and brings land back into a healthy, working balance. With experience supporting projects through the Bureau of Land Management and the Natural Resources Conservation Service, we bring the knowledge and practical skillset needed to improve both federal permits and private land. Whether you're looking to increase carrying capacity, improve water in mountain springs, or reclaim overgrown pastures, our team is here to get it done right.

Juniper Removal/Thinning

We provide professional removal of juniper with a combination of mastication, chainsaw cutting, and excavator windrowing to restore land productivity. Mastication grinds trees, chainsaw work allows for precision removal and an excavator allows us to pluck the entire tree out and put into windrows for future burning.

Ranch Real Estate Improvements

Brush mowing is one way to increase ranch land value by removing dense vegetation, improving pasture quality and accessibility for livestock and wildlife. This service helps control invasive plants, reduces fire hazards, and promotes healthier, more productive grazing areas across your land.

Pasture Quality

Pasture quality includes optimizing  replacement fences and water troughs. Properly positioned fences help with rotational grazing, while accessible water troughs support healthier pastures and more efficient ranch operations.

We are dedicated to helping ranchers combat invasive species using effective ecological methods. In this image, we are burning Phragmites, an invasive grass that harms pastures and drains water resources. After the burn, ranchers can let their cattle graze on the new growth. In the fall, we’ll spray any new shoots and burn the area again, all to restore natural balance and promote healthier ecosystems.
